Gulf Air Group Launches First Job Shadow Program in Collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain

As part of Gulf Air Group’s (GFG) ongoing commitment to youth development, the Group launched its first Job Shadow Program in collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain, following the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

As part of this initiative, 41 students and their teachers from Nasser Centre for Science and Technology (NCST) were hosted at Bahrain International Airport (BIA) for a familiarization tour. The delegation had the opportunity to explore Baggage Handling Services, gaining valuable insights into airport operations.

The visit also highlighted Bahrain Airport Company’s (BAC) collaborative efforts with various airport stakeholders, including Bahrain Airport Services (BAS), Ministry of Interior (MOI), and airlines, showcasing the Group’s integrated approach to enhancing Bahrain’s aviation ecosystem.

Through these initiatives, GFG continues to reinforce its commitment to community engagement and industry development, fostering the next generation of aviation professionals.
