Brief
Established in 2010, the Gulf Air Group Company was formed to consolidate Mumtalakat’s aviation holdings, with the goal of fostering collaboration and optimizing stakeholder value. As the sole shareholder, we play a crucial role in transforming and modernizing Bahrain’s aviation sector. Key portfolios under our oversight include Gulf Air, the esteemed national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain; Bahrain Airport Company, the managing body and operator of Bahrain International Airport and Gulf Aviation Academy. Additionally, with our associated companies like Bahrain Airport Services and Bahrain Duty Free Company, we collaborate to drive success and development in Bahrain’s aviation industry.
